Outstanding Youth & Children’s Ministers
Since 2006, CYMT has equipped outstanding youth, children’s, and family ministers. Our success begins with matching you with top candidates from a national pool of applicants.  If you become a Partner Ministry, you will also benefit from 3-years of ongoing education, coaching, and support for your new staff member.
Good Fit
Our application process is designed to find you a family, youth, or children’s minister who is the best fit both in personality and theology.  Using our extensive network to find applicants, we will work with your team until the process results in a placement that feels right.

Coaching during Transition
Let CYMT help during your staff transition to keep things moving.  We offer coaching services with our Ministry Staffing Services to support your volunteers and other team members as they lead until your next leader is in place.

With a burnout rate of less than 4 years and churches sometimes experiencing turnover every 18-24 months, CYMT’s 3-year program provides stability.  Surrounding our Residents with a community, an education, and support for fulfilling their potential and calling has allowed 90% of our alumni to stay in professional ministry.

How Staffing Service works?

Process

Step 1 – We listen to learn about your church or ministry’s history, culture, theology, and personality.

Step 2 – We will work with your team to develop a candidate profile & effective marketing strategy.

Step 3 – We help search for candidates with your church values.  We will review our national pool of residency candidates for ones that match your needs.

Step 4 – We vet the top candidates and guide you as you can make a great hire!

Throughout the process, we coach your search team and provide coaching and support to those leading the ministry in the interim. We will help you prepare the ministry to receive a new leader and lay the foundation for growing the ministry. 

Our team will work with you until we find the right person for your ministry team. 

Cost

Our Ministry Staffing fees are on a sliding scale and depend on the complexity of your search.  For churches or ministries seeking already trained leaders, we believe you will find that our fees are 1/2 of other staffing services.  

Because CYMT’s mission is to equip those called to ministry with young people, we provide Ministry Staffing Services to our Partner Ministries for about 1/3 the cost of most staffing search services.   We know that finding someone is just the first step.  Providing them with education, training, and support will make your hires successful for years to come.
