“The Hill We Climb” resource is a disorientation experience that will allow youth and adults to dive into a conversation around what it looks like to be the light in the midst of darkness, to be a mender in the midst of brokenness, to be hope in the midst of despair. Using the Wow Theological Method, the group will have a conversation and engage in activities that connect Amanda Gorman’s poem The Hill We Climb to our world’s current state and the hope we share responsibility for bringing.
Please use this free resource to introduce your students to a thoughtful conversation about social justice and their place within it.
